Additional Information:
- All students must complete the ELMPSSA/Westlakes Permission Note/Medical Form and Code of Conduct and hand to the convener on the day. Students cannot take part in the trial if these notes are not provided. They must be signed by the school Principal. NO SIGNED NOTES = NO PLAY.
- Students must also hand to the convener Hunter-primary-and-secondary-rugby-union-permission-to-play-rugby-union-consent.
- The purpose of the trial is to select a squad to represent ELMPSSA at Hunter Trials of Thursday 29th May 2025. Schools will be notified of successful students.
