38 Bula Street, Charlestown, NSW 2290

TIME:

• 9:40 am to 2:30 am (Please assemble outside the clubhouse at 9:45 am.)

COST:

• $5.00 each student to be paid to school. Schools will be invoiced.

EQUIPMENT/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• First game begins at 10:00am.
• Each school will need a set of bibs for each team and a ball.
• A canteen will be operating on the day.
• Toilets are to be treated correctly. ALL rubbish should be cleaned by each school attending. Please check your area. Plastic bags will be supplied at the office. Schools will take their rubbish back to their school.
• Remember this is a FUN day! Teachers, please remind children and parents of this. Please support our volunteer umpires and thank them.
• Check children’s nails, jewellery, No hard brim hats to be worn.
• First Aid will be available.
• All teams must have a teacher/parent with them at all times. The supervising person for each team must wear a fluoro vest, to be clearly seen by umpires and students.

EXTRA INFORMATION:

• Map of Courts will be attached to the draw.
• All competitors and spectators must abide by the ELMPSSA CODE OF CONDUCT.
• Any postponement will be announced on ELMPSSA website and schools notified.
