Hunter Sports Centre – Athletics Track, Stockland Drive, Glendale NSW 2285

COST:

$5 for students and spectators payable in cash on entry to the venue.

INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS:

• Hand ELMPSSA Consent form to Team Manager.
• Competitors must wear their zone uniform/zone singlet and return to Team Manager after events.
• Spikes are only allowed in track events where competitors stay in their lanes i.e. 100m, 200m and relays.
• Students bring a water bottle, adequate food and refreshments. A canteen will be operating on both days.
• Students wear sunscreen, bring a hat and have adequate clothing.
• Please familiarise yourself with Program of Events (to be updated) and Event Rules (to be updated) and ensure you go straight to the marshalling area when your event is called. Track events take precedence over field events. Field competitors should inform their officials if called to a track event.
• A canteen will operate at the carnival.
• Sale of souvenir apparel will take place at the entry point of the venue. No pre-orders will be available. Eftpos facilities will be available to make souvenir purchases.
• Students must compete at the Hunter Primary Athletics Championships to be eligible for selection in the Hunter team to compete at the state championships.
