HUNTER PSSA TENNIS TRIAL

District Park Tennis Centre, Corner Lambton and Curley Roads, Broadmeadow
TIME:
8:30 am – 2:30 pm (8:30 Registration)
Players should only trial if they are willing to travel and compete at the NSW Primary Tennis Championships which will be held from 6th May – 8th May 2026.
COST:
$20 cash (The exact amount would be appreciated. It is to be paid to the convener on the day.)
FORMAT OF TRIAL:
- All competitors must wear zone uniform and bring their own tennis racket.
- Please bring adequate food, refreshments and sun protection.
- Players are placed onto unseeded cards to take part in a series of round robin matches.
- Winners and runners up on each card progress to the next round of matches.
- Top 8 boys and top 8 girls play each other to determine placings in the team. Selection is based on overall performance on the day.
- Shadows/reserves are chosen but not announced on the day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- All students must have a completed ELMPSSA Consent Note and return to Sport Organiser at their school. This form must be signed by the principal.
- Any postponement will be announced on this website and the Hunter SSA Facebook page.
- All competitors and spectators must abide by the Hunter SSA code of conduct located on the Hunter applications and forms page.
