TIME:

8:30 am to 2:30 am (Students report to Team Manager by 8:30 am.)

COST:

$10 to be paid at grounds to the convener

EQUIPMENT/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Players should wear appropriate soccer attire, including shin pads.
• Players will be given a zone soccer shirt with a number.
• Asthmatics should have their medication and everyone should have a water bottle.
• A packed recess and lunch will be needed. A canteen will be operating on the day.
• It is advisable for players to have a hat, apply sunscreen in the morning and bring sunscreen with them to reapply later in the day.
• Students should be willing to travel to take part in NSW Championships Tuesday 8th September 2026 to Thursday 10th September 2026.

TRIAL FORMAT:

• Two pools of 4 or 5 zone teams will play round robin matches during the day.
• Zone team managers and Hunter manager and coach will select a squad from players in each pool to play in a Possibles v Probables game to be held at a later date.
• Selection is based on overall performance throughout the day with the final decision resting with the regional manager.
• Shadows/Reserves are chosen but not announced on the day.

FORMS:

• All students must complete the ELMPSSA Consent Form and Code of Conduct and hand to the convener on the day.
• Students cannot take part in the trial if these notes are not provided. They must be signed by the school Principal.
• All competitors and spectators must abide by the Hunter SSA code of conduct located on the Hunter applications and forms page.
• Any postponement will be announced on Hunter SSA website or Hunter SSA Facebook.
