Additional Information:
- All students must complete the ELMPSSA Permission Note/Medical Form and Code of Conduct and hand to the convener on the day. Students cannot take part in the trial if these notes are not provided. They must be signed by the school Principal. NO SIGNED NOTES = NO PLAY.
- The purpose of the trial is to select a squad to represent ELMPSSA at Hunter Trials of Thursday 7th June 2026. Schools will be notified of successful students.
